LaRhonda Gough, LCSW-C, is a compassionate and experienced therapist specializing in clinical work with ADHD youth.
With over 4 years of dedicated work in this area, LaRhonda has honed her skills in evaluation and therapeutic intervention (behavioral programming) with this population. She has also been actively involved in attending 504 and IEP meetings at schools; in this work she has partnered with school professionals and parents to address each youth’s unique behavioral and academic concerns, ensuring a holistic and strengths-based approach.
In addition to her expertise in ADHD, LaRhonda has over 20 years of experience providing therapy, coaching, training, case management, urgent care, and support to families, individuals, teens, caregivers, and the senior population.
Her work serving juvenile divergent groups has spanned across various settings, including private therapy practice, outpatient medical clinic, and child welfare agencies.

LaRhonda received her bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Maryland and her Master's in Social Work from Howard University. She continues to stay updated with the latest research and best practices in her field, ensuring that her clients receive high quality care.
She also holds certificates in Afro-American Studies, Youth and Child Development, Substance Abuse, the NTU Therapeutic Model, and the Anxiety Training Certificate.
